Biography

Perry Collins is a Senior Program Officer in the NEH Office of Digital Humanities, where she administers funding opportunities and contributes to agency-wide initiatives promoting broader access to humanities scholarship. Perry has overseen digital scholarship and scholarly communication programs within academic libraries at the University of Florida and Ball State University and has served as project director for numerous grant-funded initiatives. Perry has held leadership roles within the field of library publishing, including service on the Board of the Library Publishing Coalition. She holds a M.L.I.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and M.A. in American Studies from the University of Kansas.
