Jessica Unger

Jessica (Jess) Unger is a Program Analyst in the Office of Challenge Programs. Prior to NEH, she managed a grant program and community outreach efforts at the DC Preservation League and served as the coordinator of emergency programs with the Foundation for Advancement in Conservation. Jess earned an MA in Public Humanities from Brown University and a BA in Anthropology from the College of William & Mary. She is passionate about helping to connect communities with the resources needed to preserve and interpret their heritage.
