Fry appears near the conclusion of the talk Phelps gave Friday to observe the 200th anniversary of the first meeting in Tallahassee of the body that would become the Florida Legislature. The event was sponsored by the Florida Historic Capitol Museum Lunch & Learn series with a grant from the National Endowment of the Humanities.
