Created Equal Programming
The four films at the heart of the National Endowment for the Humanities film project, Created Equal: America’s Civil Rights Struggle, will each be shown multiple times across the country this week as communities participate in the initiative. The films, The Abolitionists, Slavery by Another Name, Freedom Riders and The Loving Story, will be presented at 83 venues, including the Orem Public Library in Orem, Utah; the Huie Library in Arkadelphia, Arkansas; and the Promise Land Community Club in Dickson, Tennessee.
