Equal Employment Opportunity Data

The posting of EEO data on agency public Web sites is intended to assist Congress, federal agencies, and the public to assess whether and the extent to which agencies are living up to their equal employment opportunity responsibilities.

Federal law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, equal pay, sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, age (40 years and over), physical or mental disability, genetic information, and/or retaliation. Any employee or applicant for employment who believes that they have been discriminated against may file a complaint.

To preserve your rights under the law, you must contact an EEO Counselor within 45 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DATE OF ALLEGED DISCRIMINATION.
